FAQ
How can therapy help me?
A number of benefits are available from participating in therapy. Therapists can provide support, problem-solving skills, and provide coping strategies for depression, anxiety, relationship issues, unresolved childhood issues, stress management, and challenges in life. A therapist can provide a fresh nonjudgmental perspective on a difficult problem or point you in the right direction of a solution. The benefits you obtain from therapy depend on how well you use the process and put into practice what you learn.
Do you see children as well as adults?
Yes, we provide therapeutic services to children ages 5 to adulthood.

If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in insuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.
